    Herbs in the Kitchen: Thyme

Thyme is a commonly used culinary herb. You might sprinkle it on your chicken or use it to make a marinade. It's also a key component of Italian seasoning. But did you know that thyme also had healing properties? In fact, you've probably used it medicinally before.

    Creating a Gratitude Journal

I want you to take a minute and think about the thoughts you have each day. How many of them are positive? How many are negative? How many just keep playing over and over on repeat until you think you'll go mad?

    What is Reality Shifting?

Imagine you could write a script detailing another reality and then wake up in that life at will. Even better, you can return to your previous reality at will, with only a prescribed amount of time having passed. Proponents of a practice known as "reality shifting" claim to be able to do just that.

    It’s Been a Year Already?

    What is Occupational Wellness?

When someone mentions "wellness," most of us tend to think of mental or physical wellness. Maybe some also consider spiritual wellness. That's usually as far as it goes. Secular Uses of Tarot

What’s the first thing you think of when you hear the word tarot? Enablers on YouTube insisting that your ex is still in love with you? Con artists at the circus? Your weird aunt that’s super chill, but can’t make a decision without asking her cards first? Whether you believe in psychic powers or not, you’ve likely had an encounter with tarot that was just a little much. Personally, it was the obsessive love readings that turned me off of tarot for quite a long time.

Current Workout Routine – November 2022

Right now I’m trying to replicate my routine from this time last year. I enjoyed the activities I was doing, and I felt good. Since the MMA gym I was training at closed, I’m now boxing on my own. I’ve also replaced grappling with roller skating.

    Winter Wellness Tea Recipe

Today I'm going to be sharing one of my favorite recipes- my winter wellness tea. Those of you who know me in person have probably seen me sipping on this tea at one point or another. I drink this tea all winter long and will brew up a cup at the slightest sign that I might be getting sick.
