Updates & The Solar Eclipse
Hello everyone! Posting is going to be a little different this week and next, so I just wanted to give everyone a heads-up as to what to expect. Those of us here at Mystical Moxie are going to be attending the Missouri Eclipse Festival this weekend. The festival is centered around holistic wellness and sustainability, so we’re going to spend the weekend learning all kinds of new things to share with you all.

Current Workout Routine – November 2022
Right now I’m trying to replicate my routine from this time last year. I enjoyed the activities I was doing, and I felt good. Since the MMA gym I was training at closed, I’m now boxing on my own. I’ve also replaced grappling with roller skating.
